Medium Flow is assessable to all level yogi's. Medium Flow is a hatha flow with a mixture of sun salutations. The goal is to learn & connect with the mind, body & spirit through movement & practice to keep your soul & body happy. Join me on Thursday's at 7 pm in the Studio at Bliss gym.
Private Yogi Sessions
I offer private one-on-one lessons in the comfort of your home or we can meet at the studio. We will go through the fundamentals of yoga, the poses, and what you will need to start your own practice at home or in class. Contact me and we will arrange a time/place.
Gentle Flow is assessable for all levels. This class is designed for those who are looking to begin a yoga practice and would like to focus on a more restorative relaxing class. All levels are welcome to join. Join me on Wednesday’s at 7 pm in the studio at Bliss Gym.
Upbeat is all about the music. Let's get our bodies and blood flowing to prepare us for the weekend or to let go of the week. Upbeat is a sequence of energetic poses to awaken the mind and body. Join me on the scheduled Saturday mornings at 10 am. This class is pre-registered.
